LedgerIntell provides a time tracking and approval platform for professional services and finance teams, including timesheet logging, Capex/Opex classification, manager approvals, and related reporting features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Company administrators control user access within their organization.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by LedgerIntell and are protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerIntell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
